Where does the shipment originate from? Shipments come from our main warehouse in Jakarta Utara, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Indonesia.
At what time does the shipment occur each day? Shipments take place at 5 pm every day from Monday to Saturday. No shipments on Sundays and public holidays. We will process orders made before 2 pm; if you purchase the order after 2 pm, your package will be shipped the next day.
Are there any offline stores? Yes, we currently have two offline stores located at Land’s End and Orange Groves, PIK 2.

Which courier does Kukai use for shipping? We use JNE for shipping.
How long does it take for packaging and shipping? For Jabodetabek, it takes 1-2 days; outside Jakarta, it takes 3-5 days.
