• Where does the shipment originate from?
    Shipments come from our main warehouse in Jakarta Utara, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Indonesia.
  • At what time does the shipment occur each day?
    Shipments take place at 5 pm every day from Monday to Saturday. No shipments on Sundays and public holidays. We will process orders made before 2 pm; if you purchase the order after 2 pm, your package will be shipped the next day.

    We use JNE for shipping.
  • How long does it take for packaging and shipping?
    For Jabodetabek, it takes 1-2 days; outside Jakarta, it takes 3-5 days.
